Using Your Free Credits

When you first sign up for Notify, we want to make sure you can try out our service before paying a dime! So we give you $5.00 worth of texting for free.

If you have imported a larger number of customers, when you try to send your first text campaign to them all at the same time, your cost may be over $5.00. You have 2 options in this case:

1. Send the campaign as-is. You will be prompted for a credit card, and will only be charged for the cost of the campaign that is above $5.00.
2. You can create a small group of customers using our Customer List feature, then send your first campaign to that group.
