Viewing Replies to Your Text Campaigns

When customers reply to your texts, you may wonder where those replies go. Replies are handled by the Notify application and made available to you in the following ways:

(1) We send you a notification with the replies

As replies come in to your text campaigns, we will send you a notice by email or text. The notice will look something like this:

You received one or more replies to a text campaign that we wanted to share with you:


Customer Name: Tina Fey

Reply: Hi, I need to reschedule my appointment for Tuesday

Reply Date: 10/06/2023


Customer Name: Chris Rock

Reply: Are you open on Sunday?

Reply Date: 10/06/2023


Customer Name: Jerry Seinfeld

Reply: Had a great visit yesterday, thanks! 😀

Reply Date: 10/06/2023

(2) Check your Inbox in the Notify app

As replies come in to your text campaigns, we also update the count of "Unread Messages" in your Inbox in the Notify application. When you sign in to your account you should see the Inbox icon at the top of the screen. If you have any Unread Messages, you will see a green box indicating how many there are. Click the mailbox to read them and reply!
