Integrating with Shopify

Install Notify Customers from the Shopify App Store and then create your Notify account. If you already have a Notify account, you can just login to it after clicking the Install button. When the integration is completed you'll see Status = Connected on the Integrations page in your Notify account.

What the Shopify Integration Does

When Shopify is connected, Notify Customers can:

• Import Shopify customers who have valid phone numbers
• Keep records automatically synced when Shopify customers are created, updated, or deleted
• Let you manually re-sync Shopify customers from the Integrations page
• Send abandoned cart SMS messages to eligible shoppers on your website

Sync Shopify Customers Manually

If you recently updated customers in Shopify and want to confirm they have all synced to Notify:

1. Go to Integrations.
2. Find Shopify.
3. Click Sync Customers.

This will import Shopify customers with valid mobile numbers. Customers without usable phone numbers are skipped.
