Jobber Requests Feature
If you're a Jobber user and have connected your Jobber account to Notify, you can turn on a feature that will create a "Request" in Jobber when a client sends a reply to a text campaign that needs a follow-up from you.
Some examples of replies that might trigger a Jobber Request:
I would like a free quote.
Send me an invoice so I can pay you.
Call me tomorrow to discuss the project.
Pro Tip: For best results, if your text campaign asks customers to reply, have them respond with an active phrase, such as "Send a Quote", "Schedule My Repair", etc.
To enable this feature go to your Account page, check the box that says "Sync follow-up replies to Jobber" and then click the "Update" button.
The feature will only create 1 Jobber Request per client, per text campaign you send. So if a client sends multiple text replies to the same campaign, only the content of the first reply will display in your Jobber Request.
This is how the reply will display in the Requests section of your Jobber account:
Please Note: We use Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to determine when client replies need a follow-up and therefore should be translated into a Jobber Request. Given the predictive nature of such AI tools, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. You will continue to get email notices as all client replies are submitted, so you won't miss any. You can also view replies and respond to them on the Conversations page in your account.
