Adding Customer Names to a Text Campaign

To add customer first names into the messages that are sent out in a text campaign, click the "+First Name" button just below the message input field:

You will see a placeholder that looks like this show up in the input field: {{ First Name | there }}

That is where the customer's first name will be inserted when the messages go out. So if you have something like:

That will show up for a customer name Ron as:

If there is no name on record for a given customer, the message will be:

Adding the customer name costs just $0.01 USD extra per message.
