Text Campaign Scheduling

Here's how to set up a text campaign in advance of when you want it sent to your customers:

First, go to the Send Texts tab in the Notify App.

Enter your text campaign message.

Then, click the link that says "Send This Campaign Later."

Enter the "Schedule date" and "Schedule time" (Schedule time can be set for 9am, 12pm, 3pm, or 6pm Eastern Standard Time). If these send times do not work for you, please contact Support at hi@notifycustomers.net

Then just purchase the campaign as your normally would, and your message will be queued up for sending on the day and time you chose. You will get an email alert when the campaign is purchased, and again when it is sent.

If you change your mind, you can Cancel a previously scheduled text campaign before it is sent out by going to the History tab in your Notify account and clicking the "View Details" button for the scheduled campaign:

Then click the "Cancel Message" button below the message content field:

Your campaign will be Canceled and a refund will be processed to your credit card.
