Managing Your Sender Name

One of the most important things about creating a good text campaign is including the name of your business in the message content!

This is because your recipients will see a phone number as the "sender" and won't know who you are unless you tell them.

When you create your Notify account, by default we add a sender name identifier at the end of your text message. Here's what it looks like:

If we don't have a business name on record for you, we will use your first name and last name here instead. You can also update the business name we use for your sender name by going to your Profile page.

To enable (or disable) the sender name line from your messages, go to your Profile and check (or uncheck) the box, then click Update:

REMEMBER: If you turn this setting off, you should still always include your name and/or your business name in your text campaigns!
