Integrating with ServiceM8

Sending a text campaigns to your clients in your ServiceM8 account takes three steps:

  1. Connect your ServiceM8 account
  2. Wait for import of clients to complete
  3. Draft and send your text campaign

Merging your ServiceM8 clients in Notify:

  1. After logging into your Notify Account, click on "Integrations" on the left-side panel.
  2. Click the "Merge Customers" button.
  3. You will be asked to login to your ServiceM8 account and give us permission to import your client list.

After your client list is imported:

  1. Segment your clients into smaller lists, if you need to.
  2. Craft your text campaign and send it your clients.
