Changing your Sender Phone Number

When you first sign up for Notify, the text campaigns you send will come from a toll-free number (e.g. 833 322-5707). Your customers will see this toll-free number on their phone when they receive your text message.

If you want to send your text campaigns from a regular phone number instead, such as a number with the local area code where your business is located, we can create what we call a "Custom Account" for you.

We charge a fee of $19 per month for a custom account due to the additional administrative and operational costs we incur to manage the special phone number.
